Course Description: 
This course critically examines the theoretical works of major contemporary sociologists, and studies how social thought is relevant to understanding modern life by applying theories to current social issues and our everyday lives.
Prerequisites: SOCI 300.

Asynchronous "Class has no regular live meeting days and times. Opportunities or requirements for other forms of synchronous work, such as real-time group work and help sessions, will vary by class and instructor." Prerequisite: SOCI 300. This class is restricted to Sociology majors.This is a Chico Distance & Online Education class.
