Course Registration

Register for your courses using the directions below. Self-registration through the Student Center is not available for this program. You must be accepted to the program before you can register. 

Please note that federal loans or financial aid are not available for this program. Other options, such as loans, may be available. This program is not eligible for the CalVET waiver, but may be eligible for other federal funding such as Veteran Chapter 35 benefits. Contact VETS@csuchico.edu to learn more.

Need a payment plan? 
Before you register for classes, please email Stephanie Bruce for information on how to request both a payment plan and your classes at the same time.

  1. Go to PCE*REG, click the red Chico State Log In button, and enter your Chico State username and password.
  2. Click View Classes and use the drop-down Program filter to select the PASC Program.
  3. Add the class to your shopping cart.
  4. Confirm or update your student information.
  5. Pay fees with a credit/debit card (please have it ready when you register) or select an Other Payment Method if applicable.
  6. Submit your request and wait for an email confirming your enrollment.

Fees & Financial Assistance

Fees must be paid at the time of registration, unless you have a pre-approved third-party payer.

Sallie Mae Loan

  • Under Other Payment Method, select Yes for "I have a different funding source".
  • Select Sallie Mae for "Alternative Funding Source".

Third-Party Payer
Employer/school district or other third party, such as DOR funding:

  • Under Other Payment Method, select Yes for "I have a different funding source".
  • Select Third Party Payer for "Alternative Funding Source".
  • Upload your authorization document or provide notes/comments regarding the information for your alternative funding. We will follow up with you for additional information.

After submitting your registration request, please allow five business days for enrollment in your class(es). Once you've been enrolled, you will receive a confirmation email with details on setting up your Chico State account and accessing your class in Canvas.
