Course Registration

Register for your Online BSBA courses through the directions below. Self-registration through your Student Center is not available for this program.

Need a payment plan? 
Before you register for classes, please email Janelle Roll for information on how to request both a payment plan and your classes at the same time.

Here is how to register: 

1. Go to PCE*REG, click the red Chico State Log In button, and enter your Chico State username and password.

2. Click View Classes and use the drop-down Program filter to select the RN-BSN program. You can also use the Session filter to narrow your choices.

3. Add classes to your shopping cart.

4. Confirm or update your student information.

5. Pay fees with a credit/debit card (please have it in-hand when you register) or select an Other Payment Method if applicable.

6. Submit your request and wait for an email confirming your enrollment.

Registration requests are processed in the order they are received. Requests submitted on weekends will be handled the following business week.

Fees & Financial Aid

Course Fees

Course fees are $450* per unit. Payment is due at the time of registration. Note: There is no financial aid available for Winter Session classes and fees are due upon registration. 

Financial Aid

Financial aid recipients should register for all classes in a term at least two weeks before the term starts. 

If you add or drop courses later, you will be required to complete an Add/Drop form and a Change in Enrollment form. 

• Your aid must be accepted in your student account, or you will be dropped and required to pay to re-enroll. 
• Information on eligibility and how to apply can be found on the Chico State Financial Aid & Scholarship Office website.
• To stay eligible for financial aid, you must be enrolled in at least six units per semester. Dropping below six units may require you to repay some or all of your aid.
