Class Notes

This program introduces students to Northern Sacramento Valley agriculture in various contexts. Students will 1. participate in class and interact with CSU Chico College of Agriculture students and in an Introduction to Agricultural Business course (ABUS 101) 2. present to peers, faculty and staff at CSU, Chico 3. receive new instruction from course faculty in dedicated class sections 4. conduct site visits giving them direct (including hands-on) experience of aspects of agricultural production and related issues 5. participate in a short COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) component with CSU, Chico students upon returning to Japan
