Class Notes
This stack of units will provide an introduction to the disciplines, pedagogy, values and principles of ethnic studies for the K-12 classroom. You will understand how to self-reflect on your role as an educator in relation to ethnic studies and how to develop lessons, units, and courses for your communities that maintain fidelity to the disciplines of ethnic studies. Unit 6 is the first of two implementation units where students develop an Ethnic Studies lesson in guided instruction and small group workshopping.
