This course examines the physical, cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial aspects of growth during the stages of toddlerhood and early childhood (approximately ages 2 through 5), as well as contextual influences (e.g. family, group experiences, socioeconomic status, culture) on development for children of this age.
Prerequisites: CHLD 252 or PSYC 355.
