Effective school leaders integrate knowledge, interpersonal, and technical skills. This course focuses on planning the processes and steps for the first 100 days of a principalship that maximizes long term positive impact, especially on improved student learning. Onsite administrative field experiences are incorporated. This is the final course in the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Program and is applicable to the MA in Education.

Class Notes

Open to students admitted to the Special Session Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) program. Registrations are processed through the Regional & Continuing Education Office. This is the fourth of the four class sequence for the preliminary services credential program. Students will prepare for the first 100 days by creating a handbook of resources that will ensure their success in their new admin positions. Online meeting dates: Live online at 8am-12pm, 6/11-6/18, Additional self-paced hours required.
