This course provides students with tools, techniques, and knowledge to develop expertise in business analysis project management and use these skills to improve the overall success of projects, optimizing outcomes. The primary learning objective is understanding business analysis project management as a technique for managing requirements and creating effective solutions to business problems via business value assessment, business analysis planning, solution refinement, organizational transition and solution evaluation, and business analysis stewardship.
