Description

This course highlights the theoretical and practical application of teamwork, negotiation, and conflict resolution models and their interface with ethical and socially responsible outcomes. Effective leaders must develop strong teams, negotiate well, and have the capability to resolve conflict in the organization. To this end, a variety of readings, case studies, and personal assessment are used to survey the tools essential for successful negotiation and conflict resolution.
Prerequisite: Classified MBA student or faculty permission
