Adjunct Enrollment

Fall 2023 - Special Session

Class Notes

Registration through Professional & Continuing Education. Graduate students must maintain continuous enrollment in their master's degree program every spring and fall semester, from the semester of admission to the program through the semester of graduation. If you are not enrolled in any University courses in a semester, this requirement can be met by enrolling in GRST 899 Adjunct Enrollment through Professional & Continuing Education. No credit is earned for GRST 899, but you maintain your status in the master's degree program and may continue to make use of selected campus resources, including the library, laboratories, computer facilities, faculty advisers, and the Graduate School's Thesis Editor. Adjunct enrollment serves both students who have finished their coursework but have not yet met all degree requirements (e.g., terminal project, incomplete grade, etc.), and those who choose not to enroll in regular classes for a given semester. Students must be within the time limits of their master's degree program for the semester in which they are requesting to register in GRST 899. Registration must be completed by the 20th day of the semester or a late registration petition https://www.csuchico.edu/graduatestudies/_assets/documents/forms-late-reg-petition-cont-enroll.pdf must be submitted and a late fee will be charged. Registration Deadline is September 18.
