2025-2026 Online MBA Tuition

Tuition for the Online MBA is $1,000 per unit.* This rate is subject to change annually.

*The Online MBA program tuition is based on per-unit fees rather than regular CSU tuition charged for an on-campus program. Tuition and costs effective as of February 6, 2025. Tuition rates are not inclusive of textbooks and fees. Tuition and costs are subject to change and should be confirmed on the University’s official tuition listing at www.csuchico.edu/cost.shtml.

Financial Support for Your Online MBA Journey

Chico State and the College of Business firmly believe every student should have the opportunity to pursue education that can improve their life and redefine their career. Financial aid opportunities for our Online MBA students include Unsubsidized Stafford Loan, Graduate PLUS Loan, Alternative/Private Loans, scholarships, and financing plans. These opportunities may be available from private or public third-party organizations, your employer, or the military.

To be eligible for federal financial aid, applicants must fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). We recommend you submit your FAFSA as early as possible in order to give yourself the best opportunity for a financial aid award and to help you plan your finances in advance of your target start date at Chico State.

The FAFSA school code for Chico State is 001146. 

If you are eligible for alternative/private education loans only, you do not need to file a FAFSA. These loans are borrowed directly from a lending institution. Please see Alternative/Private Education Loans for more information.
