Official Transcripts

University credits on a transcript from Chico State are recognized by a wide range of organizations – including several states’ departments of education and school districts – allowing teachers to use university credits toward licensure or certification renewal. Teachers must confirm with their school/district administrator, state department of education, or other relevant organization if Chico State university credits are approved by their organization based on specific state or local requirements.

You can order an official transcript online through Student Records and Registration for an additional fee. Successful completion of an 800 level course will appear as credits attempted on the front of the transcript with a CR grade. Clarification on the credit earned can be found on the back side of the transcript in the Course Numbers section 800-899.
