Description

This course is for future elementary/middle school teachers and designed to meet the Elementary Subject Matter Standards required by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. The overall goal is to provide a learning environment that fosters content knowledge and interest in teaching earth and space science and appreciation for the role that science plays in our everyday lives.
Prerequisites: SCED 141, SCED 142, GE Physical Sciences (B1), or GE Life Sciences (B2). Open to Liberal Studies online students only.
