Wendy Marsters is currently the support provider for Kelly Holliday, a colleague, who also teaches science courses at Paradise. “Through the NECTEC (Northeastern California Teacher Education Collaborative) project,” said Wendy, “my peer-support is formally combined with a portal which hosts online professional development modules.”

These modules help Kelly and other beginning teachers understand the requirements, provide a means for meeting the standards online, and conveniently keep track of the progress for completion of state requirements.
