Children in Trauma
The 8th annual Children in Trauma conference will take place Friday, March 12! This year’s conference will explore the reasons behind a child’s rejection of a parent, including abuse, alienation and estrangement, and how one or a combination of these may lead to rejection. At the end of the conference, you will be able to utilize best practices to evaluate high conflict families and better serve them with appropriate interventions. Dr. Leslie M. Drozd is this year’s featured speaker.
Children in Trauma Conference Starts This Friday - Interview with Richard Gaskill to Air on KCHO & KFPR Northstate Public Radio Tomorrow, Jan. 13
In partnership with Butte County Family Court Services, Superior Court of California, Continuing Education presents Children in Trauma 2009: Neuroscience and the Age of Miracles. The two-day professional development conference starts this Friday January 16, and runs through Saturday, January 17 at the BMU. The conference will feature nationally recognized practitioner Richard Gaskill, EdD, Child Trauma Academy Fellow and Clinical Director at Sumner Mental Health Center in Wellington, Kansas.
California State University, Chico Continuing Education, in partnership with Butte County Family Court Services, Superior Court of California, presents Children in Trauma 2009: Neuroscience and the Age of Miracles.
