Exhibitor & Sponsor Information

In Service conferences and workshops are the result of a partnership between California State University, Chico’s Center for Regional and Continuing Education and Butte County Family Court Services. Our audience consists of psychologists, counselors, social workers, nurses, educators, administrators, attorneys, and law enforcement personnel. Conference exhibiting space is offered on a first come, first served basis so please reserve your space early! The exhibit space includes a five-foot table and one chair.

Parents, families, and community members came to a special forum to share personal stories and real-world experiences with bullying. National and local experts from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program – the most researched and best-known bullying prevention program available today – and Youth for Change were on-hand to answer questions, address concerns, and give tools to advocate for your child and others in the community.

Staying relevant and up-to-date with emerging science and new approaches in psychotherapy and mediation is challenging. I realized this in my own professional practice and knew many of my colleagues in the area were traveling hundreds of miles outside our region to attend professional continuing education conferences. So I started to think of how I could be part of the effort to create and present high-quality programming that could make a positive difference,” remarked Marlene Grant.
