California State University, Chico Regional & Continuing Education invites reentry students to apply for $108,000 in scholarships through the support from the Bernard Osher and Crankstart Foundations.

CSU, Chico launches the Executive Leadership Institute in partnership with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation this week.

Chico State has been partnering with the C.D.C.R. for decades.

The courses, developed with the support of Regional & Continuing Education at Chico State, will be taught by nationally recognized faculty experts in corrections from universities across the country.

Modern Dance Company Turns Stigma on Aging into Art

CHICO, CA—Next month, Joe Goode Performance Group, a San Francisco based dance company, will collaborate with members of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) during a residency at CSU, Chico, hosted by Chico Performances, the university’s presenting program.  The company will create a contemporary dance based on the stories and experiences of five OLLI members between the ages of 71 and 90, which will culminate in a workshop performance on Wednesday, March 25 at 6:30pm in Harlan Adams Theater.
