On Campus Housing
On Campus Housing at St. Louis University is now available on
a limited, first come first served basis. Guests will be housed
in Walsh Hall on the first floor. To view a campus map showing
Walsh Hall in relation to Cook Hall where the Localization program
will take place, click here.
Rooms can be reserved as single or
double occupancy. If you choose a double occupancy, we will assign
you a same-sex roommate. If you would like to request a specific
roommate, please note it on the registration page. We will do our
best to accommodate you.
Pricing and package options for University
housing are:
• Single Room $60/night
• Double Room $45/night
Please note: Walsh Hall rooms are minimum amenity facilities.
St. Louis University housing will provide bed linens (all beds
are twin size), which includes 2 sheets, a towel, washcloth and
a small bar of soap. Additionally, your room will contain a waste
basket, desk with chair, chest of drawers, small closet and a single
overhead light. All rooms have a washbasin. The floor has a community
toilet and community showers. There is no maid service available.
We recommend you bring any “extras” that might make your stay more
comfortable, including extra towels, shower thongs, hairdryer,
shampoo, etc. Free public wireless internet access is available
in all buildings!
Walsh Hall is not an ADA compliant building.
There are stairs without handicap access to get into the building
and it is not wheel chair accessible. If you require assistance,
we request that you stay at one of the local hotels available on
our website.

Not included in your room: refrigerator, land-line phone (phone
jack is available for local calls, calling card required for long
distance calls), lamps, television, microwave, radio or alarm clock,
wall clock, table, chairs (except a desk chair), drinking cups,

maker, iron or ironing boards
Parking
If you will be bringing a car to campus, you will need to register
and pre-pay for parking. The daily fee for parking is $4.50. Please
choose this option upon registration and we will add the charges
to your total.
Check-in/out
All guests check-in/out at the Mail Lobby of the Gries Complex
( Gries Tower , Walsh Hall, Clemens Hall) all share the same common
entrance/lobby. Guests will sign in and receive a key to their
room. Check out is in the same location. The security desk is staffed
24/7.
Simon Recreation Center
St. Louis University has made their recreation center available
to participants in the Localization Certification and Project Management
programs. The state-of-the-art complex includes cardio equipment,
an indoor jogging track, basketball courts, racquet ball courts,
and a swimming pool. Cost is $10 per use of the facility and can
be paid upon arrival.
Dining Options
Continental breakfast, lunch and a snack service will be available
to you at the conference location as part of your registration
fee. If you are staying in the residence hall and would like to
purchase a dinner at the dining hall, it will be available for
a walk-in fee.
