Children in Trauma 2009 Conference
Neuroscience and the Age of Miracles

California State University, Chico campus
We anticipate over 200 participants, including psychologists,
counselors, social workers, nurses, educators, administrators, attorneys,
and law enforcement personnel. Conference exhibiting space is limited and
offered on a first come, first served basis so please reserve your space
early! The exhibit space includes a six-foot table, a table draping, and
two chairs. If you need more space, it may be available depending on the
number of exhibitors who respond to this call. We will not make a
decision until December as to if we have extra space available.
As an exhibitor, you will receive a complimentary continental breakfast
and lunch each day for up to two people and the opportunity to hear the
conference speakers from your convenient location in the main conference
room. Not only will you promote your services, but you'll be able to enjoy
the conference as well. There is no charge for exhibitor space however,
if you wish to receive continuing education credit (BBSE, MCEP, MCLE, BRN,
CME, etc.) for participating in the conference, you will need to register
for the conference and pay registration fees.
If you are interested in participating as an exhibitor, please complete

is a writable PDF and can be returned electronically to hquilici@csuchico.edu via
the submit button at the bottom of the form. You may also print the
form and fax or mail it to me at the address below by December 12, 2008.
You are welcome to contact me via email or phone if you have any questions
or require additional information. Also, please forward this
information to others who may be interested in taking part as an exhibitor
or as a participant in the 2009 Children in Trauma Conference .
If you do not wish to be an exhibitor, we would be pleased to place your
resource materials (brochures, fliers, etc.) in the conference participant
packet at no charge. Please confirm by phone or e-mail that you have materials
you'd like to share by December 12, 2008. Send 225 copies of the materials
to the address below no later than January 7, 2009.
Sponsorship opportunities are available to companies who wish to show their
continued support for the Children in Trauma annual conferences and year-long In
Service activities. Sponsorship of the conference will
give you:
- Logo recognition on the conference website and link to your website
- Mention in all conference literature as a sponsor
- One complementary conference registration for a representative
- Inclusion of a promotional flyer provided by your organization in attendee
bags
- Exhibit space as described above (if desired)
Cost of sponsorship is $500.
