    Fix a Flat Day on the Chico State campus is an annual sustainability event dedicated to getting bikes back on the road.

    The Early Start Program (ESP) is an enrollment requirement for first-time freshmen who need help getting ready for college-level English and/or math. The goal of Early Start is to better prepare you in math and English before your first semester even begins so that you have a better chance of completing a college degree.

    The ELM Workshop is an invitation-only course for first time freshmen entering CSU, Chico in fall 2014 and who have an Entry Level Mathematics (ELM) test score in the range of 42-48. Completion of the ELM workshop is one of the ways to fulfill the Early Start Program math requirement for first time freshmen.

    Reentry Students Invited to Apply for $50k in Scholarships

    California State University, Chico Regional and Continuing Education invites reentry students to apply for $50,000 in scholarships from the Bernard Osher Foundation. Scholarships are awarded to reentry students whose studies were interrupted for at least five years by circumstances beyond their control, and who now want to resume their undergraduate studies at CSU, Chico.

    The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at CSU, Chico invites OLLI members and the community to attend our first ever Summer Open House & Class Preview to discover more about this unique program. Hear from OLLI peer leaders about class content for courses ranging in subject matter from the arts and literature, history, banking, social issues and current events to science, meditation, foreign languages, birding, walking, and special interest groups.

    Let the registration rush begin! Online registration will open promptly at 9am and previously mailed registrations will be processed at this time. Some classes fill quickly so we recommend reviewing the schedule and planning your courses in advance. If you need to join OLLI or pay summer membership fees, you can do that ahead of time, too.
