Infection Control for License Renewal & Annual OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Update

As prescribed by the Dental Board of California, all dental licensees are required to complete a two-hour course including the content of Section 1005 of the Dental Practice Act in Infection Control for license renewal. Regulatory Directives, the intent of language and proper implementation of the language shall be explained. This training will also meet your annual OSHA guidelines as well. This course provides 2 hours of Dental Board credit as certified by the instructor/provider.

Bio

Ms. Pittman has been teaching for six years. Ms. Pittman is a continuing education provider for the Dental Board of California and teaches the California Dental Practice Act for license renewal in addition to Infection Control for California license renewal. Ms. Pittman is an approved trainer by the United States Department of Labor to instruct up to 30 continuing education hours in the GISO CFR 29, throughout the country. She also provides instruction for the Annual Cal-OSHA bloodborne pathogen standard and all programs required by Cal-OSHA, including Hazardous Communication, Injury & Illness Prevention Programs, Security and Safety of Dental and Health Care Workers & Ergonomics. She is co-owner of Sierra Office Safety with offices in California and Florida.
