Applying for Graduation

To apply for graduation you'll need to fill out a Major Clearance form and an Application for Graduation card. The first form is obtained from Professor Moaty Fayek (530-898-4010 or cscigrad@csuchico.edu), the distance learning adviser for the Computer Science Department. The second form can be obtained online here: http://em.csuchico.edu/aap/Undergrad/forms/GradInfor.pdf. When you submit these two forms to the Student Records and Registration Office, you will be required to pay the $28 graduation filing fee. Please note that the filing fee is subject to change.

You should apply for graduation according to the deadlines below. The early deadline allows you to receive a graduation check before your final semester begins provided that you file by the deadline (during the previous year). If a deadline falls on a Saturday or Sunday applications will be accepted the following Monday.
