San Francisco City and County (3 hours, west/southwest)

The city by the bay and all that comes with it.  Prepare for a 3-4 hour drive to Chico by car, depending on traffic.  Avoid rush hour, if at all possible (heading east this is 3 - 7 pm M-F), if there is a pro ball game in San Francisco or Oakland, traffic also will be bad)
